Refund policy

We hope you love your Strands Co. gear, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    •    All sales are final on apparel items, including tees and hats
    •    Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed
